Scope of Work



The original goals of the FabTrack project were to provide an efficient and integrated platform that streamlines fabric trading operations, enhancing overall efficiency and improving communication between buyers and sellers. The project aimed to implement key functionalities such as order initiation, lab dip and sampling workflows, FOC/FOB options, bulk delivery management, order reconciliation, and comprehensive account management. One of the main challenges was to create an architecture that could handle complex workflows with ease while ensuring scalability and user-friendliness. The developers, in close collaboration with the client, sought to transform their requirements into a reality by meticulously analyzing these needs and developing a robust solution. Throughout the development process, maintaining open channels of communication was vital to ensure that the platform developed matched the client's vision and exerted tangible impact in the space. By addressing the specific demands of the textile trading industry, FabTrack aimed to become a pivotal tool that addressed long-standing inefficiency issues faced by industry players, ultimately revolutionizing fabric procurement processes.
