Scope of Work
The project originated from the desire of Pickup N' Park to address the common challenges faced by university students regarding transportation and parking on campus. Many students struggle with finding parking spaces and the high costs associated with daily commuting. Aiming to alleviate these issues, our client sought to develop an application for iOS and Android platforms that would simplify these processes. The goal was to create a convenient, scalable solution that would enable students to reduce transportation costs and participate in sustainable commuting practices. To achieve this, the project encompassed comprehensive mobile app development, focusing on both carpooling and parking solutions. The client's requirement was to develop a user-friendly product that seamlessly integrated into the daily routines of students, facilitating ease of use and widespread adoption. Our Solution
To address the needs identified in the scope, we implemented a multifaceted solution encompassing modern technology stacks and innovative design principles. The centerpiece of our solution was the development of a React Native application, enabling the app to operate seamlessly across both iOS and Android platforms. This decision was driven by the need for a cost-effective and scalable solution that would deliver consistent performance metrics regardless of the mobile device used. The app’s architecture was meticulously crafted using Python and React Native, focusing on robustness and scalability while maintaining a sleek and user-friendly interface.
