Scope of Work



The original goal of CanX CBD was to enhance its manufacturing operations by implementing a robust and flexible software solution that could handle complex business workflows. Given the intricate nature of manufacturing processes, the primary challenge was to integrate various departmental functions—including inventory, procurement, production, and quality assurance—into a single cohesive system. The existing systems were fragmented, leading to inefficiencies and data silos across the organization.
