Scope of Work



The original goal for the Ranbaxy project was to create a customizable telehealth platform that addresses the pressing challenges faced by the healthcare industry, such as limited access to medical services and long patient wait times. The client envisioned a robust application integrating modern technology solutions to provide a seamless healthcare service delivery model. One of the key challenges was to ensure the application could handle high user engagement without compromising on performance, security, or user experience. There was also a need for an extensive backend system to manage healthcare records, user authentication, and scheduling. Furthermore, the client required the application to be compatible across multiple operating systems like iOS and Android, ensuring maximum accessibility for users irrespective of their preferred device. The project required significant research and development to incorporate industry best practices, adhere to healthcare regulations, and integrate secure communication channels to maintain patient-doctor confidentiality.




Our Solution



To address the outlined requirements and challenges, a comprehensive telehealth platform named Ranbaxy was developed. The solution architecture was crafted to support a stable, scalable, and secure environment conducive for telehealth services. The application was built using the Titanium framework, allowing cross-platform functionality critical for reaching a wider user base on both iOS and Android devices. The implementation included features such as high-definition video conferencing for virtual consultations, a secure messaging system to enable safe communication between patients and healthcare providers, and an integrated appointment scheduling system to streamline healthcare workflows. Additionally, a detailed health records management system was established to ensure accurate and accessible patient information while complying with healthcare standards for privacy and data protection. Unique aspects of the solution included a user-centric interface design, customizable dashboards for healthcare providers, and analytics tools enabling data-driven insights to enhance healthcare delivery.
