Scope of Work

The client, Crazi Co, initially approached us with the aim of elevating their existing platform to better integrate the cart-pusher community and offer an unparalleled shopping experience. The primary challenges involved developing an efficient inventory management system alongside a complementary mobile app. Crazi Co's vision was to consolidate India’s largest last-mile delivery network and simplify the life of community vendors by offering an intuitive platform that aggregates key functions within the e-commerce spectrum. Addressing these goals required the creation of a sophisticated ERP system to manage inventories seamlessly, coupled with a mobile application that offered a pick-and-choose shopping journey. Our task was to implement a robust infrastructure that not only tackled operational hurdles faced by cart-pushers but also enhanced user engagement and client satisfaction.
