Utilizing technologies such as ReactJS and AWS Lambda, Krowd's frontend interface offers users a dynamic portal to discover and engage with a multitude of offers, curated specifically for them. Scope of Work

The scope of the Krowd project was to create a mobile-responsive web application focused on frontend development, aimed at enhancing the user experience for exploring restaurant offers. The challenge was to develop a sophisticated yet user-friendly interface that integrates with existing APIs, notably the Fidel APIs for card management. The application needed to provide a smooth and engaging onboarding experience, facilitate card management (adding and removing cards), and ensure users could easily view the best offers and transaction history. Furthermore, integrating a map feature for easy navigation to partner locations was essential for enhancing the overall user experience. Addressing these challenges meant delivering a robust, fully functional web application that could adapt to mobile environments, offering a seamless bridge between retailers and cardholders.

Our Solution

To realize the ambitions of Krowd, Crazi Co embarked on creating a mobile-responsive web application utilizing modern technologies like ReactJS and AWS Lambda. The development process involved integrating Lambda APIs for smooth communication between the frontend and backend systems. A splash screen was incorporated to capture user attention immediately upon access, followed by a comprehensive onboarding customer screen to guide users through the initial setup. The design of the interface focused on user-friendliness, allowing easy exploration of offers from restaurant partners. Map integration was a pivotal feature, as it augmented the user experience by facilitating straightforward navigation to restaurant locations. For Amex customers, the application introduced the capability to search for the best offers at restaurants based on user location, empowering them with informed choices. Through these carefully planned and executed features, the application not only met but exceeded the expected outcomes, offering a dynamic and satisfying user experience.
