Hatrik is an innovative, comprehensive job provider platform that specifically caters to the needs of healthcare workers, particularly nurses, who are searching for dynamic health service opportunities within hospitals. The platform serves as an all-inclusive toolbox and career management tool, integrating a wide array of functionalities to streamline job searches and professional management. Our project entailed the development of a sophisticated mobile application, designed using Flutter, to enable nurses to effortlessly maneuver through the intricacies of shift selection, check-in, and checkout processes. Additionally, a web application was also constructed to support agencies operating as intermediaries, enhancing their ability to track nurses' activities efficiently. Hatrik empowers healthcare professionals to forge direct connections with hospitals while enabling agencies to proficiently manage and supervise the entire engagement process. The technological backbone of Hatrik was developed using Node.js for the server-side, and PostgreSQL for reliable data storage, ensuring robust and seamless data management across the platform's features. The solution not only elevates the transparency and efficiency of the employment process for nurses but also optimally facilitates the operational aspects of agencies and hospitals involved.
Scope of Work
The initial impetus for the development of Hatrik was to craft an all-encompassing online platform that directly addresses the multifaceted needs of healthcare workers. The key objective was to deliver a cohesive toolbox and career management utility that enables users to effectively manage their professional activities and discover new opportunities. Our target audience comprised healthcare workers, with a primary focus on nurses, who require a streamlined platform to oversee their job-related functions. Additionally, the overarching scope sought to empower agencies that serve as the critical linkage between healthcare professionals and hospitals, by furnishing them with the tools to meticulously track and oversee nurse activities. To achieve these objectives, our team embarked on the development of a mobile application utilizing Flutter, a technology chosen for its ability to deliver an agile and intuitive user interface. Concurrently, we set to work on building a comprehensive web application implemented in Angular, which afforded agencies the capacity to efficiently monitor the nuances of nurse activities. The backend functionalities were built with Node.js and PostgreSQL, delivering exceptional data management capabilities and expert integration of the platform's dynamic features.
