The client approached Crazi Co to address significant challenges in the part-sourcing process specific to the automotive and industrial manufacturing sectors. Their primary goal was to develop a centralized platform that manufacturers like IFB could use to easily raise part requests and collaborate seamlessly with suppliers. They needed a system that could handle detailed part specifications and relay this information efficiently to capable suppliers for design and manufacturing. The project scope included creating a user-friendly interface that would simplify the process of raising part requests and manage the end-to-end communication between manufacturers and suppliers. Additionally, the platform was to integrate supplier management tools and ensure a seamless flow of information.
