The RocketChat Integration project is designed to revolutionize how organizations handle their internal and external communication by integrating sophisticated AI-driven chat functionalities. Scope of Work



The client initially aimed to transform their existing communication framework by integrating a more intelligent and responsive chat system within RocketChat. The primary goal was to overcome the challenges posed by traditional chat systems, which often lack the adaptability and intelligence required for dynamic interactions across different organizational departments. The client required a solution that not only modernizes communication but also seamlessly fits into their current tech ecosystem without extensive overhauls.
