The Crazi Co LMS Customization & Implementation project is designed to seamlessly integrate and customize the Odoo platform to serve the needs of educational institutions effectively. Initially executed for YonderKen UK, this project aims to streamline learning and administration processes by leveraging the powerful and versatile capabilities of Odoo. Educational institutions, ranging from schools to universities, can use this system to manage courses, track student progress, and optimize administrative tasks. Scope of Work



YonderKen UK approached Crazi Co with a challenge: they needed a scalable Learning Management System that could be customized extensively to fit their unique operational model. The main goals were to improve student engagement, streamline administrative processes, and create a platform that could be adapted quickly to be in line with educational advancements. The legacy systems they were using were disparate and did not communicate efficiently, leading to data silos and operational bottlenecks. YonderKen UK's vision was to have an integrated system that not only supported current educational methodologies but could also pivot as required to adopt new technologies and processes. Crazi Co recognized the potential of Odoo, known for its modularity and flexible architecture, to fulfill YonderKen UK's objectives. The project required an in-depth analysis of their current systems, an understanding of their operational pain points, and a collaborative approach to design a system architecture that was both scalable and user-friendly.




Our Solution



Crazi Co implemented a tailored Learning Management System using the Odoo framework, ensuring it was flexible enough to meet YonderKen UK's present and future needs. The system architecture chosen was modular, allowing for easy addition or removal of features based on user feedback and evolving needs.
