Crazi Co was approached by Element Tree to enhance their LMS platform, which plays a critical role in facilitating education through modern digital platforms. The primary objective was to provide superior UX/UI design services that would ultimately elevate the user experience and interface design of the LMS, aligning with Element Tree’s ethos of success and impact. The project entailed creating design prototypes using FIGMA and developing comprehensive design documentation. The aim was to craft a seamless, intuitive user experience that can meet the demands of a diverse range of users, from students to educators and administrators. Key benefits included streamlined user onboarding, efficient management of educational content, and insightful usage analytics to drive the LMS’s continuous improvement. Scope of Work
The original goals for the Element Tree project were centered on enhancing the user experience and interface of their Learning Management System (LMS) platform. The challenge was to create a design that would fulfill the diverse needs of educators, students, and administrators. The LMS had to be intuitive, easy to navigate, and capable of managing large volumes of content while providing analytical insights. The client aimed to have design prototypes that could seamlessly translate their vision into a digital reality using FIGMA. Crazi Co’s task was to create a user interface that would not only be functional but also engaging, thereby improving educational accessibility and impact. The design requirements included features such as user onboarding, content management, and comprehensive dashboards for evaluation.
Our Solution
The solution implemented by Crazi Co involved a multi-faceted approach to redesign the UX/UI for Element Tree’s LMS platform. This included crafting a superior onboarding experience with crisp Signup/Login features aimed at improving user retention. The development of an intuitive dashboard was key, allowing users to view usage statistics, video popularity, and engagement metrics across various entities. To further streamline operations, user management features were introduced, facilitating processes such as approvals, rejections, and verifications. Access management tools empowered Superadmins to tailor role-specific permissions within companies. Content management capabilities empowered educational organizations to control their digital artifacts, facilitating uploads and content activation or deactivation. Online test assessments were enhanced through bulk upload functionality via Excel files, with results displayed efficiently. System administration features were designed for analyzing custom uploaded content, while invoicing management was meticulously crafted to handle billing, approve credits, and ensure accurate financial tracking. All these elements combined to deliver a refined LMS platform perfectly tailored to Element Tree’s objectives.

Content and Access Management: Content management tools enable organizations to upload documents, courses, and videos with ease. Administrators have the flexibility to activate or deactivate materials based on relevance and demand. The access management allows for the specification of user roles and corresponding permissions, ensuring secure and tailored content delivery.
Online Test Assessments: This functionality supports bulk test uploads through Excel and systematically displays results. It is designed to streamline examination processes, making it easy for educators to administer tests and for students to access and review their performance outcomes promptly.
Financial and Invoicing Management: Invoicing management features provide robust tools for handling the payment module, approving credit purchases, and managing invoices. This ensures that financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, supporting the platform’s monetary goals and maintaining fiscal responsibility.
