Scope of Work



The client envisioned creating a comprehensive solution that addresses the challenges faced by healthcare professionals in managing vast quantities of email data. The goal was to develop a system that can accurately extract relevant medical information from emails and present it in an easily navigable format. This required addressing several challenges including diverse email formats, extracting only relevant medical data, ensuring data privacy and security, and integrating seamlessly with existing healthcare systems. The superiority of the solution relied on its adaptability to various email configurations and medical data types while maintaining high-security standards. Another significant challenge was to minimize manual intervention in data processing to free up valuable resources and reduce the chances of human error.
