Scope of Work
The project started with the client's need to address several challenges in their current retail operations. The existing system lacked integration, facing issues like fragmented data processing, inefficiencies in supply chain management, and high maintenance costs. The client's initial goal was to create a seamless, interconnected platform that could overcome these challenges while supporting future growth. The project necessitated an extensive feasibility study to analyze the potential of a cloud-based ERP solution in achieving these objectives. To achieve that, we needed to evaluate various critical factors such as technological fit with the existing IT infrastructure, integration capabilities, user retraining requirements, cost and benefits comparison with current systems, and compliance with industry regulations. By focusing on these key areas, we aimed to provide a comprehensive overview that would serve as a foundation for future ERP integration.
Our Solution
The solution involved conducting a detailed analysis of Hanwha Vision's operational needs and the potential benefits of implementing the ERP NEXT platform. The study encompassed a thorough examination of system architecture, identifying key touchpoints where the ERP platform could be seamlessly integrated. Unique aspects of this solution included the design of a modular architecture allowing for phased implementation, thereby minimizing disruptions to ongoing operations. Additionally, emphasis was placed on developing a robust data migration strategy to ensure data integrity and continuity in business processes. Technical evaluations of cloud versus on-premises deployment models were also carried out to determine the most cost-effective and efficient approach. The feasibility review culminated in detailed recommendations tailored to meet Hanwha Vision’s objectives, helping them achieve greater operational efficiency and positioning themselves for strategic growth.
