The project necessitated an extensive feasibility study to analyze the potential of a cloud-based ERP solution in achieving these objectives. The solution involved conducting a detailed analysis of Hanwha Vision's operational needs and the potential benefits of implementing the ERP NEXT platform. The study encompassed a thorough examination of system architecture, identifying key touchpoints where the ERP platform could be seamlessly integrated. Unique aspects of this solution included the design of a modular architecture allowing for phased implementation, thereby minimizing disruptions to ongoing operations. Additionally, emphasis was placed on developing a robust data migration strategy to ensure data integrity and continuity in business processes. Technical evaluations of cloud versus on-premises deployment models were also carried out to determine the most cost-effective and efficient approach. The feasibility review culminated in detailed recommendations tailored to meet Hanwha Vision’s objectives, helping them achieve greater operational efficiency and positioning themselves for strategic growth.
