The CGAI AI Assistant is an innovative artificial intelligence-driven platform tailored for the homecare sector. Scope of Work



The client's initial objective was to implement a robust AI solution capable of diminishing the administrative workload imposed on homecare agencies without sacrificing the quality of service experienced by clients and caregivers. The platform's design needed to address multiple aspects of agency operations, such as shift scheduling, compliance maintenance, shift adjustments, and task automation, minimizing the necessity for manual input and thus reducing operational friction. A critical requirement was the integration of voice command features, calendar synchronization, and automated task reminders, all contributing toward a streamlined and intuitive user experience. Given these goals, the development of the CGAI AI Assistant was oriented towards crafting a system capable of handling complex operational demands with a simplistic user interface, thereby enhancing both client and caregiver satisfaction and overall efficacy in service delivery.
