Scope of Work



The client's original goal with the Vision360 Konfer project was to solve the challenges of inefficient communication and outdated resource management systems prevalent in many educational institutions. The institutions often struggled with fragmented communication tools, which led to delays and miscommunication among stakeholders. Additionally, outdated systems were unable to keep up with the dynamic needs of modern educational environments, resulting in poor learning experiences for students and increased workload for faculty and administrative staff.
