Scope of Work



The project aimed to address the critical challenges faced by healthcare systems, particularly the need for remote consultation services amid increasing demand and limited physical resources. Clients sought a digital solution that would facilitate seamless communication between doctors and patients, decrease wait times, and enhance healthcare accessibility, especially in underserved areas. The primary goals included building a platform that supported real-time video consultations, secure messaging, and electronic health records management while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. The challenges involved integrating various functionalities without compromising on user experience, security, or data privacy.
