Partnering with Crazi Co, USArena introduces a state-of-the-art Odoo-based platform that redefines how customers interact with indoor sports facilities. The system incorporates advanced features like dynamic pricing, real-time lane availability checks, and accessory rentals, ensuring that users can efficiently manage their reservations online. The platform is designed to streamline operations, minimize booking conflicts, and improve overall customer satisfaction. By implementing this digital solution, USArena is set to enhance the indoor cricket experience, attracting a broader audience and maximizing facility utilization. Scope of Work



The core objective of the USArena project was to develop a comprehensive digital platform that could handle multiple aspects of facility management effectively. With the increasing demand for structured bookings and competitive lane reservations, the challenge was to build a user-friendly interface that accommodates real-time interactions and supports dynamic pricing models. The platform needed to manage reservations seamlessly, incorporating features like lane selection, time-slot management, and accessory bookings with ease. Key challenges included automating the backend to reflect real-time availability without manual intervention and setting up a pricing configuration that allows for flexible adjustments based on peak times or special events. The aim was to develop a robust system that empowers both users and administrators by offering straightforward controls and hassle-free navigation. The project's scope further extended to include integration with external systems for payment processing, ensuring security and efficiency in financial transactions.




Our Solution



The USArena Indoor Cricket Facility Website, developed with the aid of Odoo, provides a streamlined digital interface focused on enhancing user interactions. The solution begins with a visually appealing homepage, organized in a grid layout, that highlights various cricket lanes including Box Cricket, 110ft Lane, and 88ft Lane, each accompanied by engaging visuals. The appointment booking system is designed to be intuitive, incorporating elements such as date and time selectors, customizable lane dropdowns, and guest login capabilities. To address lane availability challenges, the system incorporates backend logic that automatically disables unavailable lanes while allowing administrative overrides. A dynamic pricing engine offers time-slot-based pricing that can be adjusted through the admin panel, reflecting real-time changes. Additionally, the accessory management feature enables users to add equipment like bowling machines, with updates on availability and costs. The checkout process provides comprehensive order summaries, tax calculations, and guest checkout options, along with email confirmation for completed reservations. Overall, the implementation emphasizes seamless user experience and enhanced administrative control.
