The scope of the MannForce HCM project was centered around addressing the intricate challenges faced by modern businesses in managing their human capital effectively. The project's primary goal was to build a human capital management system that encompasses end-to-end HR functions, from hiring and onboarding to retirement and offboarding. Our Solution
The solution adopted for the development of MannForce HCM involved the design and implementation of a feature-rich architecture that addressed current and future HR challenges.
