Scope of Work
The client initially approached Crazi Co with a goal to improve the efficiency and accuracy of their existing Safecamz system, which predominantly served large-scale enterprises requiring top-notch security solutions. The challenges faced included optimizing real-time video processing, increasing data storage and retrieval speeds, and building an intuitive user interface for non-technical users. Additionally, there were specific needs to incorporate more robust features for incident reporting and integrate newer technologies to keep up with the evolving threats in the security landscape.
