Scope of Work

The original objective of the Phyrstech ERP project was to develop an all-encompassing set of modules to enhance Phycorp's ERP system aimed at Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). The key challenge was to create robust and efficient solutions that perfectly align with Phycorp's mission of delivering innovative tools to the digital business landscape. The modules required include but are not limited to Sales, Purchase, CRM, Warehouse, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance. These components needed to seamlessly integrate enhancements that empower SMEs to streamline operations and remain competitive. The client's vision focused on leveraging these modules to address the specific needs of SMEs, thus ensuring they have the capabilities necessary to succeed. Working within the constraints, the project demanded integrating latest technologies and crafting user-friendly and efficient solutions to ultimately benefit the enterprises looking for excellent operational methodologies.

Our Solution

Our solution was crafted to empower SMEs within the Phyrstech ERP project, ensuring alignment with Phycorp's mission. This comprehensive suite encompassed the development of varied ERP system modules such as CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing, Warehouse, HRM, and QA. By utilizing the Apache Ofbiz 1.6 framework, a robust system foundation was established. We further separated the front-end architecture via an Angular application to enhance the user experience. Integrated backend APIs were seamlessly connected with Apache Ofbiz and newly developed modules, ensuring data consistency and robust performance. By implementing Restful APIs, we achieved agile backend operations. Our innovative solution combined efficiency and scalability, reusing Apache Ofbiz code as services. Throughout this process, technologies like Angular, Java, PostgreSQL were employed to ensure that the solution was cutting-edge and reliable. The resultant ERP application provided SMEs with all the necessary tools to thrive competitively in the digital landscape.
