Scope of Work

The primary goal for the 'Opensource Toolkit Solutions' project was to leverage open-source technologies to create smart, innovative software that aligns with the core objectives of SMART MCS. These objectives were twofold: to enhance the efficiency of their software offerings and to ensure their solutions remained both relevant and effective across various sectors. The challenges included configuring open-source solutions to seamlessly integrate within the existing ecosystem of SMART MCS, while also ensuring these solutions could be tailored to fit diverse business and domestic environments. Our task was to build a suite of solutions that not only met the current demands but also provided flexibility and scalability for future growth. Developing customized software that could bolster SMART MCS's offerings in line with their mission was essential. The project required addressing various technical hurdles, such as optimizing database configurations and enhancing software deployment through improved DevOps practices.

Our Solution

In alignment with SMART MCS's expectations, we provided a comprehensive suite of technical services. A significant focus was on enhancing software configurations to achieve higher reliability and efficiency. Key implementations included creating NGINX scripts which resolved Docker-related issues, thereby smoothing the operational flow of software solutions. Furthermore, we enhanced configurations in the odoo.conf file to manage files better with Amazon S3 and optimized database handling using Amazon RDS. This was a direct reflection of our DevOps expertise ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
