Scope of Work



The original goal for developing the Virtual Try-On and Management System was to address the challenges faced by retailers and consumers in the online shopping domain. The primary challenge was the inability of consumers to try on products like they would in a physical store, leading to high return rates and customer dissatisfaction. Retailers needed a solution that could replicate the in-store experience virtually, giving customers the confidence to make purchases online. Another challenge was managing a vast inventory efficiently, requiring a robust system to organize products and customer data. The project aimed to create a comprehensive platform that not only addressed these challenges but also improved marketing strategies through detailed customer insights. This required building an intuitive virtual try-on interface and a backend management system that could handle multiple data inputs and outputs seamlessly.

The solution was to develop a dual-faceted system that combined both a virtual try-on feature and a robust management backend. The virtual try-on feature was implemented using Unity Engine to deliver high-quality graphics and Swift and Kotlin for cross-platform compatibility. This feature allows users to simulate wearing or using a product in real-time, creating an immersive shopping experience. On the backend, a management system was built to help retailers organize and manage their inventory efficiently. Advanced analytics were included to provide insights into customer behavior, helping retailers tailor their marketing strategies. The architecture of the system was designed to be scalable, ensuring it could handle increased demand during peak shopping periods. The solution also focused on user-friendly interfaces so that both consumers and retailers could navigate the system effortlessly.
