Scope of Work



Originally, the client's goal was to address significant operational challenges in telehealth and healthcare management. The healthcare industry faced issues such as inefficient appointment scheduling, scattered patient data, and lack of integrated communication, which hampered the quality of care provided. The client needed a robust system that could seamlessly integrate various aspects of healthcare management while maintaining high data integrity and security. The requirement was to build an intuitive platform that not only catered to administrators but also enhanced the end-user experience for patients. This necessitated the development of a comprehensive solution encompassing scheduling, patient record management, secure communication, and analytics for operational insights. To tackle these challenges, the implementation of MyHelpa - Planning involved innovative architecture and cutting-edge technologies.
